The redevelopment of 8111 Kennedy Road in Markham will transform a distinctive triangular site into a vibrant mixed-use community. The project features a carefully curated mix of six new structures, including towers with articulated podiums, mid-rise buildings, and townhouses. The design embraces a minimalist black-and-white aesthetic, incorporating elements such as white vertical fins, black brick, and white panelling.
